[해결방법]

Microsoft에서 Mail을 Block하는 이유는 ReversDNS 설정 또는 SPF 설정이 안되어 있기 때문입니다.

위 설정이 Carrier 외부 DNS에 설정되어 있는지 확인해 주시고 관련 문의 사항은 아래 URL(MSN 지원사이트)를 통해 진행해 주시면 될 것 같습니다.

추가로 첨부파일 참조하시어 IP의 신뢰도를 향상(?) 시키는 작업을 추가해야 한다고 합니다
