Outlook 안전모드에서만 실행될때 [Outlook operating only safe mode]

제 개인 사례인데 회사 PC에서 Outlook이 정상모드에서는 무한 hang으로 실행이 되지 않습니다.

This is my case. Outlook is hang on a nomal mode

 

그래서 시작 > 실행 >outlook.exe /safe 명령을 통해 안전모드로만 실행이 되는 상태였습니다.

Outlook is just operating on safe mode

딱히 해결책을 찾지 못해 불편하지만 그냥 사용하고 있었는데 eml파일 또는 msg파일을 open 후 outlook을 실행하였더니 outlook 이 정상으로 동작 하였습니다.

I didn't find solution but I used that becuase I didn't care it was just little inconvenience. Today I find solution by chance. I receive eml and msg file for trouble shooting and I opened it before run outlook. then I close it and rerun outlook program on nomal mode and outlook is good operating.
